I-1b series concentrated slurry pump is a single screw volumetric rotary pump. The pump uses the rotation of eccentric single screw screw in the double screw bushing to make the concentrated slurry move from the inlet to the outlet along the spiral groove, so as to realize the pump's conveying function.

Product features

1. It can transport suspension slurry with high concentration and viscosity less than 10000 PAS and containing particles.

2. The conveying liquid flow is stable without over flow, pulsation, stirring and shearing of slurry.

3. The discharge pressure has nothing to do with the rotating speed, and the high discharge pressure can be maintained at low flow rate.

4. The flow rate is directly proportional to the speed, and the flow can be adjusted by the speed changing mechanism or the speed regulating motor.

5. Strong self-priming capacity, liquid can be directly pumped without bottom valve.

6. The pump can be reversed, and the liquid flow direction is changed by the rotation direction of the pump, which is suitable for the occasions where the pipeline needs to be flushed in the reverse direction.

7. Stable operation, low vibration and noise.

8. Simple structure, convenient disassembly and maintenance.

The pump is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, brewing, paper, food and other units.

Structure material form

Type i-1bb: shell casting, transmission parts (main shaft, screw and winding shaft) are made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, which is suitable for the transportation of general neutral concentrated slurry, general weak acid and alkali slurry.

Type i-1bf: transmission parts and pump shell contacting with slurry are made of stainless steel, which is suitable for transportation of food, pharmaceutical and corrosive slurry.

Rubber bushing has general wear-resistant rubber, food rubber and oil resistant rubber for users to choose.

The transmission mode includes direct transmission of motor and pump shaft, direct transmission of motor through reducer and pump, and transmission of motor through V-belt pulley and pump shaft.

There are general enclosed motor, explosion-proof motor and electromagnetic speed regulating motor, with stepless speed change machine and gear reducer for users to choose. (material, stainless steel, cast iron)
